- Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm) – available for orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday).

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of Hits The Spot or the contents inside.
📍 Delivery Information
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day.
- Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
- Royal Mail may require a signature for Special Delivery orders.
❌ Delivery Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or outside of the UK.
Hits The Spot – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Hits The Spot, we value your trust and are committed to providing you with high-quality products that support your sexual health and wellbeing. Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, it is important that our returns and refunds policy is clear and fair to both our customers and our business.
1. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the vast majority of our products cannot be returned once opened, used, or handled. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Vibrators, dildos, butt plugs, and other insertable toys
- Lubricants, creams, and consumable products
- Lingerie and clothing items once worn
- Any product that has been removed from its sealed packaging
We cannot accept returns on any product that has been used or opened.
2. Unopened & Unused Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and still sealed in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Upon inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take great care in quality-checking our products, but if your order arrives damaged or is faulty, you are entitled to an exchange.
- The item must be unused and unopened
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with details and photos of the damage
- Once approved, we will send a replacement free of charge
4. How to Make a Return
To start the return process:
- Email our customer support team at Hitthespot69@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and an authorization code.
- Pack the item securely and return it to us using a tracked shipping method. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
5. Refunds Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days and issued back to your original payment method.
6. Final Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- For hygiene and safety, please do not send back opened or used products, as they will be safely disposed of and no refund will be issued.
